AGES 21+ | DONATE TO VETSROLL | GO COREY!

ROCK WITH COREY, ROLL WITH VETS was the Rockford region’s official Bellator 277 championship watch party and fundraiser for VetsRoll, Inc®. The festivities were held at the Midway Bar at Rockford Casino (610 N. Bell School Road, Rockford, IL 61107) on Friday, April 15--the night Rockton, Illinois, native Corey Anderson competed for the Bellator Light Heavyweight World Championship.

Rock With Corey, Roll with Vets showcased Bellator 277 prelims and main card on the Midway Bar and casino big screens, culminating Anderson took on Vadim Nemkov for the Bellator light heavyweight world title. The championship fight ended in no-contest when the fighters accidentally butted heads, setting the stage for a rematch to be scheduled later this year. Free and open to ages 21 and older, the watch party featured surprise giveaways and brought the community together to cheer on one of its most successful native athletes. In addition, Rock with Corey, Roll with Vets served as a fundraiser for local nonprofit VetsRoll, Inc®, of which attendees were encouraged to make a donation in honor of Anderson.
